Entry Fee is $600.00 per qualifier. Deposit of $100.00 per
qualifier required (See full rules if sending deposits)

In due consideration of being a contestant in any Professional Musky Tournament Trail, Ltd Event, I, myself, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, hereby release, waive and discharge Professional Musky Tournament Trail, LTD, its Directors, Officers, employees, agents or representatives, or any other donators to these 2011 Events for all loss or damage, and any claim or damage. Thereof, on account of injury to my property or my person including death, whether caused by the negligent act or negligent omissions to act or otherwise by any or all of the above, while I am participating in the Professional Musky Tournament Trail, LTD.

*The PMTT Membership is an annual fee and must be paid by everyone before you are eligible to receive a starting position. Whether you are competing in one tournament or the entire trail, each person must become a PMTT member. With your PMTT membership you will receive an official PMTT membership card, a 1-year subscription to Musky Hunter magazine (or extended 1-year), PMTT vehicle stickers and discounts on supporting products. Also, as part of our commitment to the preservation of habitat and management of muskies, a portion will be donated for musky fishery projects in some of the states where tournaments are held.
