Join Keyes
Outdoors in Filming PMTT Events
PMTT members can help bring added exposure
by filming in their boats themselves. The PMTT would like
to invite members who have mini DV cameras, to bring them along
on the PMTT trail and if they want, they can film any fish they
catch or see caught and share the footage with Keyes Outdoors
for use in the PMTT TV episodes, which are aired on the Keyes
Outdoor television show. PMTT Tournament Director Tim
Widlacki says this will be an excellent opportunity for PMTT
members who catch fish, but are two far away for a film crew to
arrive before the fish is measured and released, to get footage
of their catch, which they can then share with Keyes Outdoors.
Since there are only a limited number of film crew boats on the
water, sometimes fish are caught, measured & released before a
film crew can arrive. The PMTT feels this way they are
maximizing their chances of getting more fish on film, which
will to bring more exposure to its members. Mike Keyes
from Keyes Outdoors says mini DV format cameras such as those
made by Sony, Panasonic, Canon are best, also Sony Digital 8
format model cameras will work. If you are interested and
have further questions please contact the PMTT or Keyes Outdoors
for technical questions concerning camera models that are
compatible.
