Eagle River is located in Wisconsin's famous Northwoods area. This is prime vacation territory. In fact, Eagle River is at the center of the world's largest concentration of freshwater inland lakes. We are located in Vilas County, which has 1,318 lakes within its boundaries. The Eagle River Chain of 28 lakes is the world's largest chain of connected lakes.

The PMTT tournament will be held on what is known as the LOWER CHAIN. The Lower Chain consists of the following ten (10) lakes: Cranberry, Catfish, Voyageur, Eagle, Scattering Rice, Otter, Lynx, Duck, Yellow Birch and Watersmeet. The Lower Chain has nearly 70 miles of shoreline. The channels connecting the lakes are posted as "No Wake" zones. These "No Wake" zones are strictly enforced and violators will be fined.

September 14th, 15th & 16th, 2018 - Lake Vermilion, Minnesota

Hosted by:

$50,000 1st Place and Over $120,000 in Cash & Prizes

Tournament held under special use permit on the Daniel Boone National Forest. Located in Northeastern Kentucky, this lake (at normal summer pool) is 8,270 acres and can reach up to 14,870 acres at maximum flood control pool.  Cave Run was made by the construction of a 2,700 foot dam across the Licking River,  it has a large area of standing timber that was left prior to the impoundment.  This has created hundreds of prime habitat areas for muskies. Depths range from 10' to 60'. To fish this great body of water will be a thrill of a life time.

In the last several years weed growth has increased yielding even more exciting fishing opportunities. This tournament historically produces lots of muskies and is a great way to jump start the season.
